polite staff excellent breakfast unreliable system new towels
the breakfast was excellent. all the staff were polite and efficient. the location is great and walkable to the main station.
rooms is not serviced unless you ask before 10pm the previous evening. i had to ask for new towels and toilet paper at reception. they need a reliable system in place.

solid stay near city center
convenient location harbor view wide variety
i found the location convenient, close to a metro station. the harbor view from my room was a treat, especially at sunset. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options and was very satisfying.
i did experience some noise from the hallway early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep.

My superior double room harbour view had good air conditioning. a mini-fridge stocked with refreshments. I found two complimentary water bottles, too. The bed had quality linens, ensuring i slept soundly.

the fitness center featured modern equipment, like treadmills and elliptical machines. the hotel offers bike rentals at a reasonable price, a great way to explore the surrounding area. the lobby provides comfortable seating areas.

Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I considered the coffee especially good! the dining area offers views of the water. I thought this made my mornings more enjoyable.

shopping centre lidl store nice staff
the hotel was near a westfield shopping centre. i also found a lidl store close by, that was convenient. the staff seemed nice.

decent variety water view convenient location
the breakfast was quite good , with a decent variety to choose from. my room featured a balcony overlooking the water , which i appreciated. i also found the location convenient , placing me near a shopping center.
the curtain in my room did not completely block out the sunlight.

Excellent Stay near the Harbour
cute staff public transport heated bathroom
I found the room simple but comfortable. Most of the staff were very cute. The hotel's location near the river and public transport made it easy to get around. I liked the spacious room and the heated bathroom floor. It was a nice touch.
My room did not include blackout curtains. Sunlight woke me early each morning. This made it difficult to sleep past 5 am. Three of the pillows were too soft, which did not provide adequate support for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel is located by the river, offering pleasant views and easy access to public transport. I could easily reach various parts of the city using the nearby metro station, a short walk from the hotel.
